Merry Miniature Christmas 2018

A very merry Christmas to all my followers!  I was able to assemble my roombox in time to do a small Christmas scene.  The best part was getting to see what all my colours and stains look like together since this will be the same style for the big dollhouse.

I changed up the bulbs on the tree and mantle this year (the bulbs are berries from the berry spray branches from Michaels craft stores).  Next year I'll need to add a tree skirt!  If you want to see my previous Christmas scenes, click here.
I'll do another post with more details of the construction of the roombox in the coming weeks.  Like I said the best part was seeing a glimpse as to what the big dollhouse will look like in the future!  In the meantime, I did try and post some behind the scene progress photos of this project on my Instagram stories.  Click the "Roombox" highlight button on my profile page to see the saved stories.
I can't wait to catch up on everyone's mini scenes and posts from the last couple of days.  It's such a busy time of year, but so good to be spending time with family and friends. I hope you all are having a wonderful holiday with those you love too!  I'm so thankful to have you all in my life and sharing our loves for minis, Merry Christmas!

  2. Gorgeous! Those windows are just beautiful! And I love the art over the fireplace. Very modern. And with the splash of color on the mantle and the tree the whole scene is so balanced and appealing to the eye.

Your idea for using the berries as Christmas ornaments was a stroke of genius as they look PERFECT!
Featuring the snowy landscape outside the Fabulous windows, really gives you a sense of time of space- Beautiful Work and the perfect scene to finish out the old year whilst welcoming in The New! ❤️
